Having already experienced the tedium of drawing out these grids by hand, I made a template in Illustrator to use for this title. I wanted to maintain this style of type across the two singles as well as the album cover to make them more cohesive, but to prevent it from looking too repetitive I tried to be creative with the way I implemented it. To this end, the template was printed, cut out, then spray painted onto tracing paper and lit from behind with a daylight lamp. However, I decided to use the typeface that I had created for the logo on the singles instead to differentiate them better.
